Entrepreneurship is a mindset that can empower people to succeed, no matter their chosen path. And in today’s world, entrepreneurship embodies the 21st Century skills every person needs. AN ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET FOR SUCCESS. This fall Richmond Community College is offering the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program. This is an experiential, problem-based program designed to empower learners by exposing them to entrepreneurial thinking while immersing them in entrepreneurial experiences.
