Finding Lost Treasure, 1:00- 2:00pm at the Bayboro Center

In this session, we will dive deep into strategies for efficiently sorting, organizing, categorizing, and archiving your nonprofit documents. From board meeting minutes to member rosters to fund raising event history, improper and disorganized records lead to loss of time and morale. We will also explain who should have access to what and how you can ensure that your system is sustainable going forward. We will also discuss how this all ties into grant writing.
