Finding and retaining volunteers is critical to a functioning nonprofit. We will discuss effective strategies for recruiting and engaging volunteers with diverse interests. In addition, this seminar will walk through the life cycle of a volunteer and identify where nonprofits tend to lose their volunteers and how this can be avoided.
