HR Management - Hiring Your First Employee

Human Resource Managers/Managers are at the forefront of the worldwide war for competitive advantage. Organizations need to find the best set of workers for meeting their strategic objectives, attract those workers to their companies, and get them to stay long enough to obtain some return on their investments. This course will highlight strategic HR plans and what employers can do to secure the workers they need. Additionally, we will familiarize employers with the process by which individuals find and choose jobs and the role of personnel recruitment in reaching these individuals and shaping their choices.
