Taste of Opportunity- Exploring a Food Truck or Food Service Business
If you find yourself constantly being asked to prepare meals for family and friends or if you've always dreamed of starting your own restaurant, food truck or catering business, this seminar is for you. We'll start from scratch for the freelancers out there and discuss basic food pricing strategies, food safety tips, and how to sell goods as a vendor in NC. Then we will jump into the business side of food service and explore the pros and cons of the industry, different types of food service businesses, and how to get started. Participants will leave with a foundational knowledge of the industry and ready to start their business plan.
