The SBC Innovation Exchange is a monthly meeting in Statesville designed to help solopreneurs connect, learn, and grow. You’ll connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore whether the problem you think you have is really the problem at all—unlocking new solutions to help you run your business more effectively. This session addresses the question: How might we uncover the real needs and challenges our customers are facing? Together, we’ll explore ways to listen, observe, and gain insight so we can clearly define the problems worth solving and align our business with meaningful impact.
