Topic: Managing a Business

The SBC Innovation Exchange is a monthly meeting in Statesville designed to help solopreneurs connect, learn, and grow. You’ll connect with peers, exchange ideas, and explore whether the problem you think you have is really the problem at all—unlocking new solutions to help you run your business more effectively. This session addresses the question: How might we take control of our time as business owners and use it more intentionally each day? Together, we’ll explore strategies for prioritizing what matters most, minimizing distractions, and turning busy schedules into purposeful routines.
