Innovative Product and Service Development for Small Businesses
This class focuses on teaching small business owners how to develop innovative products and services that can help them stay competitive in their respective markets. The class covers a variety of topics, including market research, ideation, testing, and launching. During the class, students will learn how to conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as how to use this information to generate new product and service ideas. They will also learn how to test them with potential customers to gather feedback and refine their offerings.
