Behind the Chair: an Entrepreneurship Series for Barbers
Booked and Branded.
Building a Barber Brand That Attracts and Retains Clients
This class teaches aspiring barbers how to build a recognizable brand and develop a loyal clientele.
Participants will identify their ideal customers, define their specialty, create a professional online presence, use social media effectively, generate referrals, improve the customer experience, manage reviews, establish appointment policies, and turn first-time customers into consistent clients.
Series is designed with LCC Barber School students in mind. Others are welcome to attend. Please pre-register!
