Series I is designed as a foundational grant readiness sequence for nonprofit organizations seeking to strengthen their capacity before pursuing funding opportunities. The goal is to help nonprofit leaders assess where their organization currently stands, identify capacity gaps, and begin developing the documents, language, and strategic direction needed to pursue grants with confidence. By the end of the series, participants should be able to evaluate their grant readiness align programs with organizational purpose; understand basic grant compliance expectations; and articulate a compelling community need that supports future funding requests.
