2026
Tue, Oct 6 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Topic: Nonprofit

This course helps nonprofits design sustainability strategies that extend beyond grant funding. Participants learn how to build diversified revenue, strengthen community support, and embed long-term planning into their programs.

Series II builds on the foundational work completed in Series I by moving participants from grant readiness into implementation, accountability, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. The goal is to prepare nonprofit leaders to manage grant-funded work responsibly, demonstrate impact through meaningful metrics, and create sustainable strategies that support organizational growth.

By the end of the series, participants should be able to develop measurable goals and outcomes; build documentation and compliance systems; identify and maintain strategic collaborations; and create sustainability plans that extend program value beyond a single funding source.
