Successful Collaboration for Non-Profits - Nonprofit Series II
This course teaches nonprofits how to build, manage, and sustain effective partnerships that strengthen grant applications and improve community impact.
Series II builds on the foundational work completed in Series I by moving participants from grant readiness into implementation, accountability, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. The goal is to prepare nonprofit leaders to manage grant-funded work responsibly, demonstrate impact through meaningful metrics, and create sustainable strategies that support organizational growth.
