This half of the workshop will explore how technology-driven tools can optimize project planning, collaboration, and accountability. You’ll discover AI-based solutions that help allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks in real time. We’ll also discuss selecting the right platforms and integrating them seamlessly into your workflow.

Part II - Communications: Using Technology to Expand Your Reach

By the end, you’ll be equipped to amplify your message and boost audience engagement through cutting-edge tools.
