Stop Losing Hours to Grant Research with an AI Scheduler

AI tools can help small businesses find and keep track of funding, as long as you know how to use them safely. This brief, practical session shows you how to use AI to find, vet, and track grant opportunities while keeping your sensitive business data protected. You’ll also see where AI helps in the process and where your own judgment matters most.

What You’ll Learn & Do:

  • Keeping your business data safe: the privacy setting to check before you start, and what information to keep out of AI tools
  • Writing prompts for grant searches: walk away with simple prompts you can reuse anytime and a quick way to check that results are accurate
  • Setting up the scheduler: have AI check for new grants and upcoming deadlines on a regular schedule, so you don’t have to remember to search
  • Viewing the scheduler: know where your results show up and how to quickly decide which grants are worth your time

Attendees will receive starter prompts and a simple grant tracker template at the end of the session.

This webinar is presented as part of the SSBCI TA Program.
The SSBCI TA Program is administered by the SBTDC on behalf of the NC Rural Center and the NC Department of Commerce.
