Rural Spark: REAL Entrepreneurship Program (In Person)

Entrepreneurship training for new businesses in rural Johnston County

Supported by Johnston Community College Small Business Center and Truist Foundation

Join us for the REAL Entrepreneurship Program designed to equip participants with the mindset and skills necessary to transform ideas into impactful ventures.

This program requires attendance to eight classes from 5:30 PM- 8:30 PM:

• Monday, October 5, 2026
• Monday, October 12, 2026
• Monday, October 19, 2026
• Monday, October 26, 2026
• Monday, November 9, 2026
• Monday, November 16, 2026
• Monday, November 23, 2026
• Pitch competition: Date to be determined

Dinner is provided.

Grants awards:

• 1st Place: $2500
• 2nd Place: $1500
• 3rd Place: $1000
