The structure of a small business affects taxation, legal and financial liability as well as decision-making.
Before selecting a small business structure, you should understand each structure, its unique legal, accounting, and tax consequences.
This webinar will review:
- The various structures a business can take such as sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, etc.
- The pros and cons of each business structure type
- Legal, accounting, and tax consequences of each type
This webinar is presented as part of the SSBCI TA Program.
The SSBCI TA Program is administered by the SBTDC on behalf of the NC Rural Center and the NC Department of Commerce.
