Where's the Money? NC Rules on Raising Capital to Finance A Small Business

"Go Fund Me". Do you know the rules? Have you heard of Reg A-plus? Did you know you can raise up to $50 million using this option--as long as you follow the rules? What about crowd funding? Cryptocurrency? The Secretary of State's Office will provide insight into capital-raising rules it administers and enforces including an introduction to: * The players, * The different types of crowdfunding, as well as a quick survey of other sources of capital, * An idea of what's involved and * Resources to help pursue crowd funding in NC. Pre-registeration required. All attendee must be 18 or older.
