Rooted Growth: Purpose-Driven Business Building Session 1: Purpose (In- Person)
Rooted In Growth is a 4-Part interactive workshop series designed to help entrepreneurs build a strong foundation for their business by gaining clarity on purpose, mission, vision, and values. Rather than creating statements that simply sound good, this series guides participants through a structured process to uncover what has already been driving them and use that clarity to shape how their business operates and grows.
This series is designed for individuals building a new business, pivoting into a new direction, or founders who feel burnt out or misaligned with the work they are doing. While it is especially relevant for entrepreneurs, it is also valuable for anyone who wants greater clarity on how their strengths and sense of purpose connect to their work.
Session 1- Purpose - Identify the Impact that Matters Most and Define the Foundation of the Business. (8/4/26- 6:00PM-7:30PM)
Speaker(s): Kasey Smith Kasey helps values-driven leaders bring clarity to their business and turn ideas into aligned action. Her work centers on helping founders understand what truly matters to them and building businesses that grow without losing that foundation. She is driven by a desire to understand people deeply, build trust, and form genuine relationships. Through that, she helps leaders uncover what is already there, align their decisions with it, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
