How do you write a business plan for your small business that you can really use? Would a lender be willing to invest into your plan? Will you be able to use your plan in the future? This seminar will answer these and other questions about your business plan and how you write one. Every company should have a business plan. This is a must for all business owners. Topics to be covered include: A. What are the two main purpose of a business plan and why should you write it? B. Why is the business plan important in obtaining financing for your business? C. What does a lender really want to see in your plan? D. Can you have too much in your plan and what do you need to omit? E. How do you actually write your plan? F. How do you cover what you really need in a short but useable plan?
