If you’re struggling with finding and keeping good employees, you’re not alone. Across the board, most small businesses are faced with significant shortages of qualified workers, and it seems as though everyone is vying for the same people. It’s a terrible situation for a business owner to be in, but there are some ways to face it head-on. This session will discuss ideas to find workers and strategies to keep them for the long-term.
