This seminar will assist attendees who own traditional farm/land operations in exploring opportunities to diversify their revenue streams by including value-added crops as well as agritoursim in order to improve profitability. Attendees considering starting an agri-business will also gain a better understanding of the start-up differences in modern agribusinesses and how to use personal story-telling as a marketing tool using digital media. Our presenter, a 5th generation farmer, uses real life examples of his experiences marketing a value-added row crop, to support the opportunities presented modern agriculture in our region.
