Business Plan 101 (Part 3): What's It Going to Cost you? Budget & Financial Statements Without a financial plan, it will be impossible to launch or sustain a small business. Part 1 & 2 of this series focused on developing and growing a small business that solves a problem for a specific audience. The final piece of the puzzle is identifying the costs of providing your unique solution. In this workshop, you will: * Calculate startup and operating costs needed to bring your product or service to market. * Develop key financial and narrative sections of your business plan. * Receive practical guidance and complete activities that move your business plan forward. Bring your business idea or existing business concept and be prepared to work during class. Homework assignments will be provided to help you prepare for the next session. Class size is limited to allow time for questions, feedback, and individualized attention. By the end of the workshop, you will have a stronger business plan foundation and be ready to meet with a business counselor for additional review and support.
