Business Plan 101 (Part 2): Who Are You Doing It For? Customer Avatar & Business Model Workshop participants will create a customer avatar based on a unique solution to a specific problem. Business owners will use the knowledge gained about their business (in Part 1) to identify their ideal customer. In this hands-on workshop, participants will create a customer avatar based on their unique solution and the problem it solves. Building on the work completed in Part 1, entrepreneurs will identify their ideal customer and develop a strategy to effectively reach and serve their target market. Participants will: • Define the characteristics of their ideal customer. • Create a customer avatar based on customer needs and buying behaviors. • Develop a targeted approach for marketing and delivering their product or service. Please Note: This workshop requires active participation. Class size is limited to encourage discussion, questions, and individualized support, and participants should be prepared to complete homework assignments between sessions.
