You have identified the problem your business is trying to solve, and you may have even developed a customer avatar. Now, how do you really reach and connect with your potential customer? How do you ensure that your product and your sales technique aligns with their expectations and their needs? In this workshop, you will:
- Discuss the needs for various customer groups based on a range of demographic and psychographic behaviors
- Develop strategies to better connect with customers
- Learn from other small business owners who are also working towards better connections with their customers
