Strategic Assessment (Part 2): Operations Plan
Strengthen your existing operations plan by evaluating the best use of your resources. Take a minute to consider • What problem are you solving for your customer? • Has your customer’s need changed? • Are you marketing to them in a way that tells them your solution is relevant? • What is it costing you in time, energy, and resources to grow? • Are you charging the right price for your solution to their problem? If you want to expand your business, now is a good time to identify what it will take to increase your capacity. At the end of the workshop, you will assess whether you are making the best use of your resources to satisfy the market demand with your current business model. Please Note - THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKSHOP! Come prepared to review your operations plan or idea. Homework assignments should be completed to increase the impact of each workshop.
