Creating a Lasting Culture

Small business owners have a lot to think about when they are developing their new endeavor. They have to think about location, their products or services, and their customers. But from the start, they need to be thinking about the kind of company culture they want their small business to be known for. This workshop will discuss the various parts of company culture, how this impacts the success of a business, and how it goes beyond your "brand." By focusing on the "ables" (Defineable, Measurable, and Actionable), the discussion intends for small business owners to be intentional about their company culture and to live that culture in their daily lives.
