Serving Your Customer

Small business owners need to clearly understand their customers if they are going to maintain a successful operation. But, who are your customers? (Here's a hint, they aren't just the people you are selling to!). This workshop helps you identify who your customers are and if what you have to offer is something that they really want. The workshop will also walk you through a variety of sales training scenarios to help you determine how to best meet their needs while also serving your company's established culture.
