Who You’re For, Why You’re Different, and How to Get Noticed
Marketing doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. In this session, you'll learn how to turn your marketing ideas into simple actions that help you attract and keep customers.
We'll break down what marketing really means, how to better understand your customers and competition, and the difference between:
- Creating demand — helping people recognize a need they may not yet know they have
- Capturing demand — reaching customers who are already searching for what you offer
You'll learn how to:
- Set one clear marketing goal
- Choose a strategy to support that goal
- Identify realistic tactics you can put into practice
- Determine if your marketing efforts are working
- Know when it is time to adjust your approach
We'll also discuss practical ways to make your marketing more effective without overwhelming your time or budget.
You'll want to stay until the end, because we'll wrap up with free and low-cost marketing ideas you can use right away!
