Developing an Effective Board of Directors/Trustees

This course is designed for current and aspiring board members of nonprofit organizations. Participants will learn their roles and responsibilities, best practices in board governance, effective communication, strategic planning, and how to build a high-functioning board culture. By the end of the class, attendees will be equipped to contribute to the success and sustainability of their nonprofit through informed decision-making and collaborative leadership.
