Participants will learn how to price your item or service. You will be stepped through a case study so that each step for pricing can bring your company the necessary profit margins. After pricing is understood, learn the purpose of cash flow management in a small business. Learn how to make cash flow projections based on the cash cycle and identify some ways to manage cash flow, including receivables and payables. Work more effectively with technical experts.
