In this session we will discuss how to define the mission and vision for an organization, what the human resources needs are to start an organization, the financial resources needed to start an organization, regulatory aspects of starting a non-profit and for profit organization, the incorporation process and the elements of control in non profit and for profit organizations. Upon successful completion of this seminar, participants will be able to: • Have clear understanding of the benefits and features of non profit and for profit organizations • Determine what business structure is more effective in achieving desired goals and objectives • Be familiar with regulatory protocol to start a non profit and for profit organization • Understand the critical steps in forming a non profit and for profit organization
