Small Business Roundtable - Budgeting for Your Business
This will be an interactive class where we will discuss different budget techniques and software as well as budgeting aides will be handed out to do an exercise. Join our conversation about best practices to develop and maintain successful businesses. During this monthly series, past discussions include Credit and Finance, Value Proposition, Partnerships, Professionalism, Productivity, Customer Loyalty, LinkedIn, Marketing Collateral, Business Pitches, Ways to Grow Our Businesses, Networking, Customer Engagement, and Business Research. In addition to finding customers, we must know what is involved in enhancing our relationships. Discussion topics will be based largely upon experiences and interests of the roundtable participants. The purpose of the Small Business Center is “Increasing Business Success” and we will explore ways to do this during each roundtable.
