Leading Your Business: Developing the CEO Mindset for Small Business Success
This course is designed for small business owners, solopreneurs, and early-stage entrepreneurs who
are ready to move beyond simply running their business and begin leading it with intention. While
many business courses focus on marketing, funding, or operations, this course centers on the often overlooked factor that drives sustainable growth: the leadership of the business owner.
Participants will explore what it truly means to operate as the CEO of their business and brand,
including the mindset, decision-making, and behaviors required to move from day-to-day execution
into strategic leadership. The course will examine the distinction between leadership and
management, the role of emotional intelligence in business, and the areas of business operations that
require active leadership to support growth and stability.
Through a highly interactive and conversational facilitation style, participants will engage in guided
self-assessments, practical exercises, and real-world application activities designed to help them
evaluate how they are currently showing up in their business and where leadership shifts are needed.
This course prioritizes reflection, insight, and action, equipping participants with tools they can
immediately apply to strengthen their leadership capacity and business performance.
