Youth Entrepreneurship Camp

Camp is open to rising 6th graders through rising 9th graders. In an atmosphere that promotes fun and learning, Youth Entrepreneurship Camp participants will be introduced to entrepreneurship as a viable career option. Through community asset identification, youth will identify opportunities for small business ventures. As a member of a team, participants will go through the business planning process to create and implement a business plan. Specific camp goals include: To gain understanding of entrepreneurship as a viable career plan; To generate business ideas; To create an atmosphere of fun; To experience life in a college setting; To meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs.
