Pricing Strategies Workshop
Most of us talk about prices but not all of us buy based on price alone. For small business owners, this can be particularly challenging. Knowing your ideal customer is part of the pricing strategy. Knowing how your offering stacks up against the competition in the eyes of your ideal customer is another part of the pricing strategy. More importantly, knowing the pricing strategies available to you and being able to price certain products and/or services based on more than a perception that customers buy on price can help your margins, your overall profitability, and your bottom line. In this workshop we will look at ways to properly price products and services and we will begin to develop a pricing strategy.
