Presented by: Maria Hicks-Few, Diversity and Inclusion Officer City of Greensboro Named EEO/AA Practitioner of the Year, Ms. Hicks-Few, has been recognized for her leadership and skills in directing the City of Greensboro’s initiatives in human resources practices. Learn the significance of creating a culture that is inclusive and provides strategies and best practices for internal and external customers to assist with recruitment, hiring, promoting, and engaging a diverse, results-oriented, high-performing workforce. This event is in partnership with The Arc and will provide insight into the benefits of hiring persons of varying backgrounds and disabilities. Hear about an exciting event in October.
