Participants will learn how to clearly define their business concept, identify their target customers, describe their products or services, evaluate their market and competition, establish realistic goals, and develop basic financial projections.

The class will focus on practical approaches that can be implemented quickly, giving participants the confidence to turn their ideas and information into a clear, useful business plan.

Whether you are preparing to launch a new venture, refining an existing business, or seeking funding and other opportunities, you’ll leave with a stronger understanding of what belongs in a business plan and how to use it to guide your next steps.
