Topic: Marketing and Sales

You are getting website visits, social media clicks, or profile views—but are those visitors becoming customers? This class will help small business owners understand why potential customers may be leaving without taking the next step. Participants will learn how to identify common barriers that prevent visitors from reaching out, including unclear messaging, weak calls-to-action, slow website pages, poor mobile experiences, and complicated contact forms. The session will also cover simple ways to track clicks, calls, and form submissions so business owners can better understand customer behavior, improve their online presence, and turn online attention into meaningful customer connections. Attendees will leave with practical strategies and an action plan to increase customer inquiries.

This session is part of the Small Business Center training series at the Swansboro Area Chamber of Commerce . It is open to the public and chamber membership is not required to attend.

The Swansboro Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Lunch & Learn, presented by the Small Business Center at Coastal Carolina Community College.
