Small business owners must make frequent decisions with limited time, information, and resources—decisions that can directly impact operations, customers, and profitability. This introductory seminar provides practical critical thinking and decision-making strategies to help participants make clearer, more confident business decisions.

Participants will learn basic decision-making frameworks, identify common barriers to sound judgment, and explore techniques to improve everyday problem-solving. The session also introduces ways to encourage more intentional and consistent decision-making within a business.

Learn how to make better decisions under pressure, reduce costly mistakes, and approach business challenges with greater clarity. This session is interactive and discussion-based, with emphasis on real-world application. Participants will leave with practical tools that can be applied immediately in both business and personal decision-making.
