A website is only effective if it clearly communicates with potential customers and supports your business goals. In this session, small business owners will learn what content a business website actually needs and how to turn common customer questions into helpful website information.
We’ll also discuss how to use real images effectively, when stock photos make sense, and how AI tools can support content creation without replacing your voice. Participants will also explore simple website metrics and practical ways to evaluate whether their website is truly helping their business grow.
