Topic: Marketing and Sales

Many small business owners think of a website as something they’re supposed to have, but aren’t always sure what it should actually do for their business. In this session, we’ll explore how a website can function as a valuable business asset that supports credibility, trust, and customer decision-making.

Learn how potential customers use websites before contacting a business, how to clearly communicate what makes your business different, and how your website can answer common questions, support referrals, and strengthen your reputation. Participants will gain a realistic understanding of what a website should deliver for a small business today.
