Topic: Marketing and Sales

Just because your business doesn’t operate year-round doesn’t mean you should disappear in the off-season. In fact, doing so may hurt your business in the long run. This series will teach small business owners how to pre-plan and auto-post content for each season of their business. This series includes four classes designed to help you stay visible and engaged year-round, and this is the first session.

Session 1: Prep Season — Get Your Business Ready for a Successful Year

Think of this session as spring for your business—a time to refresh, organize, and prepare before your busy season arrives. This session will help you get your business operations in order and build a strong foundation for the year ahead.

Participants will work through a practical checklist of skills, tools, and tasks to revisit, including organizing administrative responsibilities, strengthening systems and workflows, and creating a plan to stay on top of business demands as things get busier. You’ll also learn how to plan your social media content in advance so you can stay visible and keep customers engaged, even during your busiest periods.

Walk away with practical strategies and a clear action plan to help you feel organized, prepared, and ready to make this your most successful year yet.

This is a seated, in-person seminar.
