Topic: Managing a Business

Most small business owners are overwhelmed not because they lack passion — but because they’re using outdated tools, slow processes, and doing everything the hard way. This energizing, hands-on workshop teaches entrepreneurs the modern shortcuts, automation hacks, and time-saving systems that help them run a business without burning out. Participants will build their own Entrepreneur’s Survival Kit—a set of digital tools, templates, and tactics that dramatically simplify daily operations. This class mixes real-world demos, interactive challenges, humor, and practical exercises that help business owners walk away feeling lighter, faster, and more in control.
