This session offers a hands-on approach to using generative AI tools for simplifying complex documents. Participants will learn how to transform dense manuals into clear, concise standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop training materials tailored to diverse audiences. For example, participants will learn how to use AI to craft job estimates, contracts, and other documents essential to their business. They will also learn how to use tools such as Microsoft Copilot to summarize websites and locate information. The session includes live demonstrations, ensuring participants leave with ready-to-use materials that can be implemented immediately.

Additionally, it provides an overview of the advanced features available in the paid version of ChatGPT, helping you evaluate its suitability for your workflow. We will also discuss the future of work with AI, including concepts like custom GPTs and Agents. This is an opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and achieve actionable results
