Small Business Council: Faces of Change: Understanding and Managing Generations in the Workplace
Join us to learn how to handle generational diversity in the workplace. We will be discussing how business owners can properly manage their individual employees, how important it is for everyone get along in the workplace and the value of understanding other perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiences based on beliefs about work and what is important to each generation. This training is designed to provide you with the tools and understanding to manage your staff and view the workplace through their lens.
This session is part of the Small Business Council training series at the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce. It is open to the public and chamber membership is not required to attend.
