A combination of psychology and economics at its core, this session delivers the evidence-based science behind influence, perception, and persuasion as you journey through the dynamic donor experience. This session will explore a range of behavioral techniques with examples of influencing behavior and building donor trust. By understanding applied psychology, nonprofits could benefit from these techniques to enhance their fundraising initiatives across multiple communication channels.
