Responsible Board Governance - Module 2: Intentional Practices

This seminar, offered in partnership with UNCW-QENO, is the 2nd module in a 3-module series designed for new board members and seasoned board members. In this seminar we will cover: 1) Board Responsibility for sustaining organizational resources 2) Importance of board evaluations and establishing intentional board structures 3) Effective and time-efficient meetings using strategic and consent agendas 4) Creating a board committee structure that prevents BURN OUT.
