Why Can't We Solve This?!?! Embracing the Tensions of Leadership

Please note: This session is part of the Jacksonville Onslow Nonprofit Board Development Conference. The conference is designed to help new and existing nonprofits enhance their operations. The conference is open to the public and will take place at the Jacksonville City Hall/Jacksonville Youth Council. Attendees must register for the conference through the link provided by QENO below. Nonprofit organizations are created to solve problems and make positive changes. Yet we can often feel like we are not making progress at all. Sometimes we feel that way because the “official” problem we are trying to fix still exists. Sometimes we feel that way because almost every meeting seems to be about the same two or three “enduring problems” we just can’t seem to solve. This interactive session will offer a tool that reframes “enduring problems” in a new way that will empower members to see the challenge more clearly and feel empowered to manage rather than solve your biggest challenges.
