Strategic Leadership

Please note: This session is part of the Jacksonville Onslow Nonprofit Board Development Conference. The conference is designed to help new and existing nonprofits enhance their operations. The conference is open to the public and will take place at the Jacksonville City Hall/Youth Council. Attendees must register for the conference through the link provided by QENO below. This session will discuss the need for non-profits to take a strategic approach to their work. Processes will be covered that will drive board and leadership retreats to the next level utilizing a strategic thinking process. The art of Compressed Planning, as well as, the use of Action Planning will be presented and demonstrated. Participants will leave knowing how to make their strategic plans work for their organization.
