Funeral directors are invited to come and learn how to provide outstanding customer service and strengthen customer relationships in this five-hour seminar designed to facilitate discussion about what customers think about before they buy, obstacles to great customer service, what drives customers away, how to resolve conflicts and the importance of self-care. Pocket cards are required for admission and CE credit. This course has been approved by the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service for 5 hours of continuing education credit.
